Challenge
The client had a loyal in-person following, but their digital presence told a different story. Their outdated website was not mobile-friendly, lacked functionality, and was hosted on a platform that cost more than it delivered. There was no clear brand identity, no digital menu, and all reservations were handled manually over the phone — leading to frequent miscommunication and missed bookings.
They had no social media presence, and their visibility on Google and other search platforms was minimal. The owners knew they needed a digital upgrade but weren’t sure where to begin or how to manage it on their own.






Solution
We rebuilt the website from scratch on a more budget-friendly, user-friendly platform that allowed the owner to make basic edits independently. The new site was designed mobile-first to prioritize accessibility, online reservations, and easy access to the menu. We gave the brand a visual identity — dark, modern, and playful — and carried that look across the website and new social media channels.
A dedicated reservation page was added to streamline bookings, and we trained staff on how to use and manage it. We also launched and managed their Instagram and Facebook accounts, created a consistent content calendar, and ran seasonal campaigns to drive awareness and traffic.
