Boosting Visibility for a Boba & Bakery Café

Client: Boosting Visibility for a Florida-Based Boba & Bakery Café
Services: Brand & Digital Audit · Menu Design · Print Materials · Content Strategy · Video Production

Challenge

This Florida café served incredible drinks and fresh-baked goods and had a beautiful interior — all located just steps away from a major university. Despite having the quality and location to thrive, the shop struggled with low foot traffic and limited awareness.

Many students didn’t even know it existed, partly due to minimal signage and a weak digital presence. Additionally, the menu items — although delicious — were unfamiliar to the local student demographic, making first-time visits less likely.

Solution

We began with a full audit of their brand and digital presence, identifying inconsistencies between the in-store experience and how the business appeared online. We consulted on a full digital refresh and restructured their in-house visual assets — from menus to posters — to create stronger visual appeal and better communicate the uniqueness of their offerings.

We developed and helped execute two key campaigns:

  • A limited-edition menu item campaign designed to spark curiosity and test shareability

  • A “Late Night Student Discount” campaign targeting dorm residents and students studying late — which also helped reduce end-of-day food waste

To drive awareness, we created a short promotional video highlighting the ambiance, drink-making process, and featured items — optimized for local social sharing.

Results

  • Promotional video reached over 10,000 views within 7 days, bringing a surge of student interest

  • 20% increase in daily foot traffic during the campaign period

  • Printed menus and signage contributed to better customer understanding and faster order decisions

  • Late-night campaign cleared baked goods inventory by 90% most nights, reducing waste and boosting revenue

  • Management reported stronger brand consistency and improved customer recognition
